One Drawing In, A Finished Part Out

Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and surface finishing run inside our own factory — so your drawing moves from DFM review to a certified, shipped part without a single sub-contractor.

Six process stages, all under one roof

Every stage runs on our own shop floor. No subcontracting between laser, bend, weld and finish — which means one tolerance standard, one schedule and one point of accountability from blank to shipped part.

01

Laser Cutting

Twelve 6000 W fiber laser cutters profile mild steel, stainless, aluminium, copper and galvanised sheet — up to 25 mm on carbon steel and 16 mm on stainless, holding ±0.1 mm without an edge break.
  • Equipment 6000W fiber laser x12
  • Thickness 0.5 - 25 mm
  • Tolerance +/-0.1 mm

02

CNC Bending

Eighteen 200 T servo press brakes in 3.2 m, 4 m and 6 m formats form complex parts, with spring-back compensated per part rather than per operator.
  • Equipment 200T servo press brake x18
  • Max length 4000 mm
  • Tolerance +/-0.5 deg

03

Precision Welding

Robotic MIG and TIG, spot and hand welding in carbon steel, stainless and aluminium. Weldments are fixtured, tacked and welded to a written procedure, then checked for distortion.
  • Process MIG / TIG / spot
  • Material Carbon steel / aluminium / stainless
  • Strength 1.5x load test

04

Surface Finishing

Our own powder line, plus qualified anodising, zinc plating, brushing and blasting partners. RAL and Pantone colour matching on every batch.
  • Process Powder / anodise / plate
  • Film thickness 60 - 120 um
  • Colour Delta E <= 1.5

05

Riveting and Assembly

PEM nuts, studs, standoffs and blind rivets pressed to drawing torque, then mechanically assembled, labelled and kitted so the part arrives ready to build.
  • Operation Rivet / blind rivet / assembly
  • Rivet force 3 - 12 kN
  • First-pass yield >= 99.6%

06

Inspection & Delivery

Two CMMs, three optical projectors, salt-spray and hardness testing. Every shipment leaves with an inspection report and an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate.
  • Equipment CMM / optical projector / caliper
  • Sampling AQL 0.65
  • Lead time 7 days proto / 15 days production

How We Work

Six trackable steps, from enquiry to after-sales

01

Requirement

Send a drawing, a STEP file or a sample. We confirm the material, thickness, finish and the tolerance the application actually needs.

02

Drawing Review

Our engineers run a DFM review — bend radius, hole spacing, tool access, tolerances — and the cheapest way to hold them.

03

Quote & Prototype

Quotation inside 48 hours. On approval the first article is cut, bent, finished and measured before series production starts.

04

Production

Scheduled onto the line under a job number per batch, so every part carries the same revision, the same material and the same recipe.

05

Inspection & Shipment

First-article and in-process sampling against the drawing, then export packing, carton marks and courier handover.

06

After-sales

Quality questions answered within a working day by the same engineer who reviewed the drawing.
Engagement Models

Three ways to work with us

OEM Manufacturing

We produce to your drawings and your revision, on our own machines, under your quality agreement. MOQ from 1 piece, so prototypes and production run through the same door. Lead time 15 – 25 days.
  • Minimum order From 1 piece
  • Lead time 7 - 15 days

ODM Co-development

We join at structural design stage — material, bend sequence, tolerances, coating, assembly — and hand back a drawing package your team can release to anyone. MOQ from 50 pieces. Lead time 25 – 30 days.
  • Minimum order From 50 pieces
  • Lead time 25 - 40 days

Rapid Prototyping

Quote in 48 hours, first article in 7 days. One-off and small-batch parts, measured and documented, to de-risk the design before tooling. Lead time 7 – 10 days.
  • Minimum order From 1 piece
  • Lead time 7 days
Quality Control

Tolerances go in the contract, not the conversation

Critical dimensions are confirmed on the drawing before the first cut, then verified on the bench and on the CMM. Nothing is shipped against a verbal agreement.
标称尺寸范围 (mm)线性公差 (mm)
0.5 – 3±0.10
3 – 6±0.10
6 – 30±0.20
30 – 120±0.30
120 – 400±0.50
400 – 1000±0.80
1000 – 2000±1.20
2000 – 4000±2.00

Why Us

Six reasons buyers keep the same supplier

The claims below are the same ones written into your purchase order and the report that ships with the parts.

01

All six stages in-house

No subcontracting between laser, bend, weld and finish. One schedule, one tolerance standard, one team answerable for the part.

02

Quotation in 48 hours

Engineers review drawings the day they arrive, with manufacturability comments and real pricing, not a form response.

03

First article in 7 days

Prototypes are sampled on the same machines as production, so a good prototype means a good production run.

04

Tolerances in the contract

Laser ±0.1 mm, bend ±0.5°, hole ±0.05 mm — written into the purchase order and verified on the report.

05

From one piece

No minimum order for prototypes, and no minimum for repeat batches below 500 pieces.

06

After-sales within 24 hours

Quality questions are answered within a working day by the engineer who reviewed the drawing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers here; the full FAQ is on the contact page.

There is no minimum. We manufacture to your drawings from a single piece. For co-development projects where our engineers join at the structural design stage, the practical starting point is 50 pieces.

Within 48 hours of receiving your drawings or samples. Send DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF along with your material and surface finishing requirements, and we will come back with pricing and any manufacturability questions.

First article prototypes take 7 days. Production orders run 7 to 15 days depending on batch size and complexity. Co-development projects that include structural design input typically run 25 to 40 days.

All six stages: laser cutting, CNC bending, precision welding, surface finishing, riveting and assembly, and inspection. Nothing is subcontracted between steps, so lead time stays predictable and tolerance stays stable.

Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium across cutting, bending and welding. Plate thickness runs from 0.5mm to 25mm on our 6000W fiber laser equipment.

Laser cutting to plus or minus 0.1mm and bending angles to plus or minus 0.5 degrees. Hole position to plus or minus 0.05mm. Critical dimensions are confirmed on the first article at 100 percent, then sampled to AQL 0.65 during production.

Yes. Every shipment includes an inspection report and material certificates. We use CMM, optical projectors and calipers across three sampling levels, and inspection records are kept for two years and available on request.

Powder coating, anodising and zinc plating. Film thickness of 60 to 120 micrometres, with colour difference held to Delta E of 1.5 or better. We run our own powder line plus a qualified subcontract route for finishing.

We operate under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, covering both manufacturing processes and inspection procedures.

Yes. Our engineering team runs a DFM review on your drawings and flags manufacturability issues along with cost-down options, before any tooling is committed.

Send your drawings or samples through the contact page, or message us on WhatsApp at +86 159 9293 5461. Include material, batch size and your target date, and we will respond the same day.

Send us your drawing, quote within 48 hours

DXF, DWG, STEP and PDF accepted. Tell us the material, the finish and the tolerance — we come back with price, lead time and any manufacturability notes.
